Bedrooms The main bedroom, with sea and coastal views, has a king-sized bed. A travelling cot is available. The second bedroom, with views to the Wolds, has two 3 ft single beds. The third bedroom, with sea views, has 3 ft bunk beds. Duvets, bed linen and pillows are supplied. A spare mattress is available for the unexpected guest. Bathrooms and kitchen The first floor ‘bathroom’ has a large walk-in shower, a WC, and a hand basin. The ground floor ‘bathroom’ has a compact walk-in shower, a hand basin and a WC. The modern, quarry-tiled, kitchen is equipped with an electric fan-forced oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and a slow cooker. Living areas The lounge/dining room has a panoramic view of the sea. It is furnished with two leather sofas and a large, comfortable armchair. A wide range of DVDs is provided with the Freeview TV/DVD player. There is a drop-leaf table in the dining area. The rear conservatory has wide views of the Lincolnshire Fens and Wolds. It is furnished with a large sofa and cane easy-chairs. With a drop-leaf dining table, it is a perfect alternative dining area. French doors lead out onto the rear decking. The front conservatory has panoramic sea views and is furnished with cane easy-chairs. The Seahouse is reached via steps from the parking area. It is not, therefore, suitable for those with mobility problems. |
