Our rates cover:

• WIFI
• Dishwasher & Washing Machine
• Towels, tea towels and bed linen
• Heating and power
• A coffee/tea starter pack.

We allow one small pet (charge £30). Please talk to us about your pet before you book.

Payment Terms

Payment by Cheque or BACS. We require a non-refundable deposit, by cheque, of 25%. Your booking will be held for 4 business days and confirmed on receipt of the deposit. We require the balance, together with a £100 security deposit, one month before arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this, the balance will be refunded only if we obtain an alternative booking.
